The premier has extended the opportunity to Queensland renters, landlords and real estate agents to give their opinion on the key issues that need to be addressed in potential rental reforms. However, the Real Estate Institue of Queensland has its doubts after two previous reviews of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act failed to lead to meaningful change.
